About Us
Jalalabad Association of BC is a community organization dedicated to celebrating Sylheti heritage, culture, unity, and community service throughout British Columbia.
Through cultural celebrations, family gatherings, youth activities, charity initiatives, and educational programs, we aim to connect generations and build a welcoming community.
The Jalalabad Cultural Association of BC (JABC) is a registered non-profit organization known as the Jalalabad Association of BC. We primarily bring together people from the Greater Sylhet divisions of Bangladesh and their families living in Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, New Westminster, the Lower Mainland, and communities throughout British Columbia.
Our activities include cultural programs, the annual community picnic, Eid get-togethers, annual general meetings, and opportunities to preserve Sylheti heritage while building friendships and community connections in Metro Vancouver and across BC.
